edwell

Founded in 2021, edwell is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting sustainable talent development pipelines within K-12 school systems through Registered Teacher Apprenticeships. Drawing from our deep-rooted experience within school systems, we are driven to address teacher shortages and school finance challenges, empowering us to innovate and rethink talent development. To advance our dedication to the profession, we redefined edwell to support employers by operating an employer consortium for enrichED Pathways, a K-12 Teacher Registered Apprenticeship program. Edwell is designed to support employer partners through sponsorship and/or guidance within the employer consortium. Our mission is to ensure the continued maintenance, compliance, sustainability, and success of Registered Apprenticeship programs with employer partners, while also promoting equity, access, and ultimately, economic mobility for aspiring educators.
